THEODOR

SEPTEMBER 2019 | BAUHAUS CREATIVE FUND

Theodor is part of a product family, that is formally held together by recurring design parameters. These parameters were developed after studying the designs of the Dornburger ceramic workshops of the early "Staatliches Bauhaus", in particular Theodor Bogler's creative approaches. For more dynamic in the living-/ and dining area, the design is based on the material specific opacity of stoneware: the light is emitted bundled and slightly offset. The combination of red stoneware and lightly whitewashed maple creates a warm and natural haptic and look. The light integrates into modern and classic spaces.
