After our catering concept "Eine Intervention: Thüringer Hausmannskost" had been selected by a committee for the annual "Denkraum.Bauhaus" congress of the Bauhaus University Weimar, it had to be extended and adapted. Besides a culinary guide that we created in collaboration with a local caterer, all spatial atmospheres were designed for the evening dinner of the event. The dinner with nearly 250 people took place in the main building of our university. In addition to that we produced Theodor, Oskar, Otto and Erma in a small series of 20 pieces each to equip the dinner table.
THE EQUIPPING OF THE DINNER TABLE WITH STONEWARE ARTIFACTS HAPPEND IN COOPERATION WITH THE HEDWIG BOLLHAGEN KERAMIKMANUFAKTUR NEAR BERLIN. THE CATERING WAS DEVELOPED AND IMPLEMENTED IN COLLABORATION WITH JAMES CATERING WEIMAR.
